This is a list of changes I have made to this website. Most of the notes here should be about new chapters I have added to the book.

I released 21 new lessons today. I won’t link to them all here, but the first new lesson is titled, Pure Functions and I/O.
As a word of warning, please note that all of these chapters are in an “alpha” state. They haven’t been reviewed by anyone else, there are probably spelling and grammar errors, most of the images are sketched by hand, etc.
At some point I will make all of the book’s code available on Github, but unfortunately I didn’t have time to get that done for this release.

Added the following new chapters. They are listed in the order in which they appear in the book:
- Disadvantages of Functional Programming
- The Great FP Terminology Barrier
- The Definition of “Pure Function”
- Grandma’s Cookies (and Pure Functions)
- The Benefits of Pure Functions

Also, I’ll release a PDF version of this book at some point during the process. I’m writing the book with Markdown and a little bit of LaTeX, so converting the content to a PDF shouldn’t be too hard.
Several people have written and asked if I can release these chapters faster, or want to know when the book will be finished. The answers are “no” and “I don’t know.” It’s not a big secret that I am currently dealing with an illness, and all I can say is that I’m writing, editing, and releasing as fast as I can.
